firm created in 2016 with the very clear;
goal to create a unique firm able to provide
landlords and tenants with the very best independent,
specialist dilapidations advice and project deliver services
Dilapidations is not treated as a specialist service line by
our competitors with the result that only a handful of
genuine specialists exist in the UK, and of those few match
our expertise and experience
Our surveyors previously worked at senior level in the UK’s
largest property consultancies and together we have
successfully created, defended and settled thousands of
dilapidations claims over the last three decades. In a
quickly consolidating surveying industry we have united to
offer a truly independent and ‘conflict free’ specialist
consultancy service
